We are recruiting a Receptionist (M/F) to join our teams and offer our clients a warm welcome and quality service.

Missions :

• To welcome, advise and inform customers in accordance with the establishment's standards.
• Handle customer requests by phone, email or in person, within the required timeframes.
• Manage reservations and follow up on customer requests.
• Carry out cash collection operations and ensure daily closing.
• Participate in the creation of new members and the achievement of departmental objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Baccalaureate or equivalent diploma in the field of tourism.
• Good command of French and English.
• My mastery of office software.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relations.
• Good time management, organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset.
