About the Role:

You will join our Accounts Payable team which supports around 20 legal entities across the UK Europe and the US. Most of these entities already run on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

We are now making AP work the same way everywhere: one standard process for invoices payments approvals and reporting. We never stand still. We keep improving both our processes and our ERP so you will help shape how the team works not just follow it.

Your responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and employee expenses accurately and on time for your assigned entities in multiple currencies

• Prepare payment runs and follow the payment approval process where every payment needs two approvers

• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve complex supplier queries

• Help standardise AP processes across entities: document how each entity works today spot differences and help agree one best way of working

• Capture knowledge from the existing transaction team and turn it into clear shared process documentation

• Take part in continuous improvement: suggest test and roll out improvements and automation in Business Central and in our reporting including supplier ageing and payment reporting in Power BI

• Support the last entities still to be migrated to Business Central

• Cover colleagues entities when needed and take part in ad hoc finance projects

Who you are:

• Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field

• 12 years experience in Accounts Payable ideally in a multinational or multi-entity environment

• Fluent in English and French; other European languages are a plus

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or Navision) is preferred

• Comfortable with Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus

• A clear communicator who works well with suppliers and colleagues in different countries

• Organised and detail-oriented able to work independently in a high-volume deadline-driven environment

• A fast learner who enjoys improving how things are done and who documents them well

• Comfortable with change: our processes and systems keep evolving and you will adapt and help others do the same
