As part of an application maintenance activity, the consultant will be involved in the support and development of the Flexera solution .
Main Responsibilities:
Provide level 2/3 functional and technical support.
Analyze and resolve incidents and anomalies.
Implement corrections and enhancements to the solution.
Configure and perform functional administration of Flexera.
Monitor the quality of data and interfaces.
Participate in testing, acceptance testing, and production deployments.
Ensure documentation and reporting of application maintenance activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Search Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (3-5 years of higher education) in computer science or information systems.
- 3+ years experience in application maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Flexera, ideally Flexera One / FlexNet Manager .
- Knowledge of SQL and software license management / SAM.
- Good analytical and incident resolution skills
- Good understanding of the ITIL framework
- Fluent French and professional English.
- Autonomy, rigor and good interpersonal skills.
