Upon your arrival, you will take charge of recruiting experienced profiles. You will be autonomous within your scope while collaborating closely with our operational managers.

Specifically, you:

• Define the profiles sought by collecting briefs and analyzing needs.
• Implement attractive communication strategies to maximize the visibility of ads.
• Identify and approach the best talent through our sourcing tools and professional networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical and behavioral skills.
• Participate in the decision-making process and present offers to the selected candidates.
• Contribute to monitoring recruitment through regular reporting and sharing of performance indicators.
• In parallel, you can contribute to cross-functional projects such as process improvement or participation in HR initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) and have initial experience in recruitment (internship, apprenticeship, etc.), either in a company or a recruitment agency. You enjoy interacting with a variety of people, are meticulous, and proactive. Your communication skills and analytical mind will make all the difference.

Proficiency in English is a plus.
