• Qualifications

  
  
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in HR administration or employee services within a large industrial organization or manufacturing plant.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
  • Languages:
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards, pivot tables, and advanced formulas).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring tools.

  Key Responsibilities

  
  

  Personnel Transport Management: Coordinate employee transportation services, manage transport providers, monitor schedules and routes, and ensure service quality and employee safety.

  
  

  Canteen Management: Oversee canteen services, monitor food quality and hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

  
  

  Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with transport and catering providers, follow up on service agreements, and monitor supplier performance.

  
  

  Cost Control: Monitor transport and canteen budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

  
  

  Employee Support: Address employee requests and complaints related to transportation and catering, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

  
  

  Continuous Improvement: Evaluate service performance and implement improvement actions to enhance employee satisfaction.

  
  

  Reporting and Compliance: Prepare regular reports, monitor service indicators, and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
