قائد مسار اختبارات قبول المستخدم (UAT Stream Lead)

Main Mission:

The Stream Leader Test is responsible for leading the testing team, ensuring the quality of software products, and ensuring that all testing activities are carried out in accordance with company standards.

He/she plays a key role in coordinating tests and in the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Goals :

• Ensure that the delivered products meet the defined quality criteria and are free from major defects.
• Ensure that tests are carried out efficiently and within the allotted timeframes.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize testing methodologies and tools used (according to customer needs).

Main Activities:

Team management:

• Supervise, guide and motivate the team.
• Plan tasks according to project priorities.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs based on Skills Matrix with quarterly follow-up.
• Facilitate communication between the project manager (PM) and the team.
• Review and approve leave requests from the team in consultation with the CP.

Coordination of Activities:

• Develop and update activity plans in collaboration with the client company's teams.
• Ensure that the environments are properly configured and operational.
• Execute and supervise the execution of tests and ensure that all test scenarios are covered. (UAT)
• Meetings with Business Leaders or local teams (deployed country subsidiaries) as needed for progress.
• Participation in user support projects (interactions with the Day-to-Day Operations Team when necessary).

Documentation et Reporting :

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within your area of ​​responsibility.
• Document the testing processes and results. (UAT)
• Follow up on detected anomalies and ensure their timely resolution.
• Process Improvement:
• Suggest improvements to the activity's methodologies if necessary. Company Description

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in testing, computer science, supply chain, project management or equivalent.
• 1 to 5 years of proven experience in UAT, team management or operational leadership.
• Language level: FR B2 / EN C1
