Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of IT operations professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of the organization.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers and cloud systems.
• Ensure the availability, performance and security of IT services and systems.
• Implement and maintain IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.

Qualifications et Exp rience

• Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field (5 years of higher education)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers and cloud computing platforms.
• Expertise in the implementation and maintenance of ITSM frameworks and best practices
