An exciting opportunity for an accomplished Hotel General Manager to lead a 5-star property in Bouznika, Morocco. We are seeking an inspiring hospitality leader with a strong luxury hotel background, exceptional commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving operational excellence, team performance, and sustainable profitability.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English & French, additionally Arabic beneficial
10–15 years in upscale hospitality, including at least 3–5 years as GM or direct deputy of a 5-star property.
Background with leading international brands and strong luxury service standards
Significant F&B experience; opening or repositioning experience is a plus.
Hands-on leader capable of engaging large teams and developing local talent.
Strong financial discipline and commercial acumen.
About:
Manage property P&L, budget, revenue, cost control and GOP.
Make F&B a destination driver for residents and local customers.
Ensure brand standards and service quality across departments.
Lead and develop the executive committee and teams, including recruitment, training, employee relations and retention.
Drive local sales, key-client relationships and property awareness.
Oversee asset maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to collaboration among segment GMs and group-wide projects.
