An exciting opportunity for an accomplished Hotel General Manager to lead a 4-star all-inclusive property in Agadir, Morocco. We are seeking an inspiring hospitality leader with a strong luxury hotel background, exceptional commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving operational excellence, team performance, and sustainable profitability.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English & French, additionally German & Arabic beneficial
10–15 years in leisure hospitality, including at least 3–5 years as GM or direct deputy of a high-capacity resort.
Proven all-inclusive or club-resort experience with leading international operators.
Strong command of high-volume F&B operations and costs, tour-operator relations and leisure distribution.
Hands-on leader able to engage large and seasonal teams and develop local talent.
About:
Manage property P&L, budget, revenue, cost control and GOP.
Make F&B a destination driver for residents and local customers.
Ensure brand standards and service quality across departments.
Lead and develop the executive committee and teams, including recruitment, training, employee relations and retention.
Drive local sales, key-client relationships and property awareness.
Oversee asset maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to collaboration among segment GMs and group-wide projects.
