Job description
Fluency in both English & French, additionally Arabic beneficial.
An exciting opportunity for an accomplished Hotel General Manager to lead a 4-star property in Marrakesh, Morocco. We are seeking an inspiring hospitality leader with a strong luxury hotel background, exceptional commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving operational excellence, team performance, and sustainable profitability.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English & French, additionally Arabic beneficial
- 10–15 years in upscale hospitality, including at least 3–5 years as GM or direct deputy of a 4/5-star property.
- Background with leading international brands and strong luxury service standards
- Significant F&B experience; opening or repositioning experience is a plus.
- Hands-on leader capable of engaging large teams and developing local talent.
- Strong financial discipline and commercial acumen.
About:
- Manage property P&L, budget, revenue, cost control and GOP.
- Make F&B a destination driver for residents and local customers.
- Ensure brand standards and service quality across departments.
- Lead and develop the executive committee and teams, including recruitment, training, employee relations and retention.
- Drive local sales, key-client relationships and property awareness.
- Oversee asset maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to collaboration among segment GMs and group-wide projects.
Salary Package:
- $5100 nett basic + performance bonus + expat benefits
