1. To offer Bar customers a distinguished and pleasant service in accordance with Four Seasons quality criteria.
2. Be able to adhere to the schedule correctly as well as the uniform procedure.
3. Anticipate customer demands.
4. Serve drinks with a good knowledge of the drinks menu.
5. Develop a comprehensive workload for all products offered by the Bar such as wines, cocktails, beers, armagnacs, cognacs, eaux-de-vie and specialty drinks.
6. Perform both opening and closing duties at the Bar; know how to set tables according to the required standards.
7. Know how to present the menu and each item on the menu while advising customers
8. Know how to use the hotel's computer system (microcomputers) for product billing, for printing invoices and for settling payments in the correct payment system.
9. Carrying trays; knowing how to clear and straighten tables.
10. Tidy and clean the bar during service.
11. Ensure that all details of the service are perfect and that every customer receives the best quality of service.
12. Ensure that the bar is stocked at all times and that all opening and closing responsibilities are properly fulfilled.
13. Greet the customer warmly, courteously, with eye contact, a smile, and a good presentation.
14. Answer the phone according to Four Seasons standards by taking reservations correctly and knowing how to inform the customer about the different hotel services.
15. Recognize unpleasant and drunk customers.
16. Report any incident immediately to your manager.
17. Managing a customer who leaves without paying.
18. Respond appropriately to various emergency situations and security crises.
19. Change the ashtrays, offer matches and clear the crumbs.
20. Ensure customer satisfaction and take charge of any problems that may arise; know how to inform a Manager.
21. The capacity to serve other points of sale.
22. Report any minor or major incident to the Manager.
23. Recognizing a customer who may threaten the smooth running of the evening.
24. Knowing how to quickly place chairs or tables in case of a change in the arrangement of tables and cutlery.
25. Perform other tasks or projects assigned by the Management of
