The Role of Bartender :

We currently have an opportunity for a Bartender to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, the Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences while providing personalized, attentive, and professional service to guests. This role ensures the highest standards of hospitality are maintained through expert beverage preparation, product knowledge, guest engagement, and efficient bar operations.

The Bartender prepares and serves a wide range of beverages while maintaining consistency in quality, presentation, and service. Responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, providing recommendations, explaining beverage offerings, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, monitoring stock levels, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and supporting the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation.

The successful candidate will create memorable guest experiences through warm interactions, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should have previous bartending experience within a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining restaurant, or high-end bar environment.

The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service standards. A passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage confidently with guests are essential.

You will be highly organized, service-oriented, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The ability to multitask, work collaboratively with colleagues, and uphold the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism is key to success in this role.

Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures is preferred.

Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French and Arabic is highly preferred for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
