As part of the development of our RMA Services network, we are recruiting an RMA Services Casablanca Centre Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage the center's activity and ensure the achievement of operational, qualitative and financial objectives;
• To ensure the supervision of the entire automotive claims processing process, from the declaration of the claim to the return of the vehicle;
• To manage, support and develop the skills of the center's teams;
• Ensure compliance with claims management procedures and the company's technical standards;
• To ensure the conformity of the assessments, quotes and repairs carried out by the partners;
• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with approved garages, automotive experts and other partners;
• Monitor performance indicators (processing times, service quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, repair quality) and implement continuous improvement plans;
• Design and use dashboards to ensure effective management of the activity;
• Managing complex or conflictual situations with clients and partners, while ensuring the preservation of service quality;
• to be proactive in proposing improvements to processes and the customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Higher education (Bac+4/5) in engineering, management or equivalent field.
• Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of automotive after-sales service (ASS), ideally acquired in an automotive repair or service management environment.
• Knowledge of car insurance products and claims management procedures is a highly valued asset.
• Good mastery of automotive repair techniques and damage assessment.
• Excellent management, organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong customer focus and a commitment to quality service.
• My mastery of performance indicators and management tools.
• Ability to manage priorities, tense situations and relationships with a partner ecosystem.
