Your role is to lead reengineering projects aimed at optimizing processes, improving operational performance, and supporting the company's transformation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing business process reengineering projects while respecting quality, cost and time objectives;
• Analyze existing processes, identify malfunctions and opportunities for improvement;
• Design and propose optimization solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience;
• Facilitate workshops with third-party management to gather needs and co-create solutions;
• Formalize the target processes, operating procedures and associated documentation;
• develop implementation plans and monitor projects until their deployment;
• Supporting teams in managing change and ensuring the adoption of new processes;
• D and follow up on performance indicators to measure the achieved gains and propose continuous improvement actions;
• Ensure effective coordination between departments, IT teams, and other stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, management, quality or equivalent;
• 3-7 years of experience in managing transformation projects, continuous improvement or process reengineering;
• Mastery of process mapping and optimization methods (Lean Management, Six Sigma or equivalent);
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills;
• Skills include communication, workshop facilitation and change management;
• Initiative, autonomy, rigor and results orientation.
