As part of the development of its activities, our client, a company specializing in the marketing of construction materials, is recruiting an IT & Networks Manager to ensure the management, maintenance and evolution of its information system and IT infrastructure.

Main tasks:

Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for:

• Information system management: ensuring the proper functioning, availability and security of the company's computer systems.
• Network administration: supervise and maintain computer networks, servers, Internet connections, network equipment and telecommunications systems.
• IT maintenance: ensuring the availability of IT equipment, managing technical incidents and providing user support.
• IT security: implement the necessary security measures, manage access rights, ensure backups and contribute to the protection of company data.
• Supplier management: coordinating the interventions of IT suppliers and service providers and ensuring the monitoring of maintenance contracts.
• IT project management: leading projects to improve and develop the IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
• IT asset management: ensuring the monitoring of equipment, licenses and IT resources.
• Team management: organize and supervise the activities of the IT department, prioritize tasks and support the skills development of employees.
• Continuous improvement: proposing solutions to optimize internal processes and meet the operational needs of the company's various departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree +5 in computer science, systems and networks or equivalent.
• Proven professional experience of 5 years or more in systems and network administration, ideally with experience in managing an IT department.
• Good command of server administration, LAN/WAN networks, network equipment and Windows environments.
• Solid knowledge in cybersecurity, data backup, access management and service continuity.
• Ability to manage incidents, lead IT projects and coordinate external service providers.
• Experience in a commercial, industrial, or multi-site company would be an asset
