Job Description

• Collaborating with production managers and HR teams to anticipate the recruitment needs of production operators, based on staffing objectives and operational needs of the sites.

• Managing mass recruitment campaigns , from defining needs to integrating candidates, while ensuring compliance with volumes and deadlines.

• Deploy sourcing actions adapted to high volume recruitment: field recruitment campaigns, recruitment forums, partnerships with local employment actors and training establishments, co-optation and other relevant channels.

• Coordinate the selection stages with the operational teams and ensure the follow-up of candidates until their integration in collaboration with the HR and training team.

• Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs , including the number of recruitments made versus the target, recruitment times, interview attendance rate, conversion rate and integration rate.

• Update dashboards and ensure regular reporting on campaign progress, deviations from objectives and necessary corrective actions.

• To ensure the reliability of recruitment data and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes in order to optimize the efficiency and performance of mass recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications et Exp rience

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in mass recruitment and managing recruitment plans in the automotive industry
• Mastery of ATS, sourcing tools and recruitment KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented, continuous improvement and candidate experience.
• Mastery of French and professional English.
