Reporting to the Recruitment Manager for Morocco, you will be responsible for managing all IT recruitment within your area. You will join a global community of internal recruiters, including 8 local recruitment officers, all passionate about the tech industry.
The main missions:
- to guarantee the achievement of the objectives of the voter recruitment plan.
- Define the target profile and sourcing strategy.
- Market our offers and ensure their distribution.
- Carry out the direct approach/headhunting via LinkedIn.
- Conducting HR evaluation interviews.
- Supporting managers in making the final decision.
- Conduct salary negotiations and follow up with candidates.
- Draft employment contracts.
- Ensure compliance with the procedures and tools associated with our group recruitment policy.
- Participate in the school relations policy > development of new partnerships and maintenance of existing partnerships, define interventions in schools: forums, courses etc.
- Facilitate weekly recruitment committee meetings with the internal client
- You will be involved in a service and advisory role with operational teams and will be responsible for reporting on your activities. Company Description

Desired Candidate Profile
What do you bring to the table?
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an IT services company, a recruitment agency or a headhunting firm.
- A very good knowledge of tech profiles.
- English is a must for this position
- Managing high-volume recruitment and sourcing techniques for scarce or highly sought-after profiles.
- Autonomous, organized, persevering, optimistic by nature, and you have a real ability to convince!
- You possess certain action-oriented qualities, demonstrate rigor and have good interpersonal skills.
