The Transport Specialist is responsible for coordinating maritime and port transport operations to ensure the timely delivery of vehicles. They oversee the optimization of transport capacity, the availability of port spaces, and the continuous improvement of logistical performance, while contributing to the reduction of the carbon footprint.

Main missions

• Ensure short and medium term planning of maritime expeditions.
• Ensure the availability of storage capacity, operational resources and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders to ensure deliveries are made on time.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate on the progress of operations.
• Organize the transport of vehicles to ports by rail and road.
• Optimize the use of logistical resources and improve operational performance.
• Managing complaints and contributing to the digitalization of logistics processes.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of transport flows and the reduction of operating costs. Company description

Desired Candidate Profile

• Higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport or equivalent.
• First experience or confirmed experience in transport operations, international logistics or port activities.
• Good understanding of maritime, road and rail transport flows.
• Professional level in Italian and English.
