Subject Description (Missions & Technical Environment):

- Interns will contribute to the SAP TM implementation process by participating in the following activities:

1. Optimization of Transportation Processes:

- Analysis of current transportation processes (inter-division, external transport, maritime, fleet management)
- Regular visits to clients to observe and understand actual business processes
- Proposal of improvements based on SAP TM best practices
- Identification of optimization and integration opportunities with other modules

2. Go-Live Preparation:

- Complete configuration of the organizational structure and definition of Business Partners
- Creation and management of transportation sites and definition of transportation relationships
- Configuration of rate tables for different carriers and modes of transport
- Configuration of freight units and assignment to freight orders
- Creation and testing of Fiori scripts for TM scenarios
Participation in the migration of Data via SAP - Cockpit Migration (partners, sites, rates) -
Complete functional testing of transport flows (planning, execution, delivery consolidation)
- Testing of the user role matrix and authorization management
- Participation in integration workshops with other modules (MM, SD, PP)
- Participation in user acceptance testing (UAT) in a QAS/PROD environment

3. User training and support:

- Facilitation of training sessions for end users (planners, carriers, logistics managers)
- Creation of detailed training materials (manuals, operational guides)
- Post-Go-Live support for incident resolution and adoption of new tools

4. Documentation and knowledge sharing:

Writing user guides and operational procedures - Complete
documentation of implemented configuration - Monitoring
user feedback to improve training materials
- Writing structured test scripts
