Subject Description (Missions & Technical Environment):

- Interns will contribute to the SAP EWM implementation process by participating in the following activities:
1. Optimization of warehouse logistics processes:

- Analysis of current processes (receiving, picking, shipping, inventory management)
- Proposal of improvements based on SAP EWM best practices
- Identification of opportunities to optimize inbound/outbound flows

2. Go-Live Preparation:

- Creation and testing of Fiori scripts for EWM scenarios
- Participation in data migration via SAP - Cockpit migration (products, locations, PackSpecs, logistics units)
- Verification of consistency between technical and system data -
Complete functional testing of warehouse flows: receiving (inbound), shipping (outbound), resource management
- Configuration of picking strategies and management of Logistics Unit (HU)
Management of user roles and authorizations
- Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in a QAS/PROD environment

3. User training and support:

- Facilitation of training sessions for end users (warehouse workers, order pickers)
- Creation of visual aids (manuals, videos) for each business process -
Post-Go-Live support for incident resolution and adoption of new tools

4. Documentation and knowledge management:

- Writing user guides and operating procedures
- Monitoring user feedback to improve training materials
- Writing structured test scripts (inbound/outbound)

Technical Environment: SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Learning Hub, Excel, PowerPoint

Skills to develop:
