استشاري ServiceNow SecOps (ذكر/أنثى)

As part of strengthening our ServiceNow TMA teams for our client, we are looking for a ServiceNow SecOps Consultant (M/F) to provide support, maintenance, and development of the SecOps module.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for the SecOps module
• Analyze and resolve incidents and requests
• Provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance for the module
• Analyze the anomalies, perform the RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Analyze the requests, quantify the changes requested by the client within a given timeframe
• Develop and maintain workflows and automations
• Develop and maintain the integration of specific requests ( PSB Web )
• Monitor interfaces and integration flows
• Participate in testing, recipe development, and production launches
• Write and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Ensure the transfer of knowledge to the N1 teams and other technical teams

Must Have :

ServiceNow :

• Very good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Exp rience sur ServiceNow SecOps
• Ma trise de Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Ma trise de Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Good knowledge of CMDB
• Mastery of ServiceNow development
• Ma trise des composants tels que Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACL, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, Events
• Good mastery of Flow Designer / Workflows
• IntegrationHub Knowledge
• My mastery of REST APIs / SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of MID Server
• Exp rience avec Import Sets / Transform Maps

Qualifications

Search Profile:

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least one significant experience in the SecOps area
