As part of strengthening its legal department, our client, a recognized banking institution, is seeking its future Contract Manager . You will be responsible for ensuring the legal security and proper execution of the institution's contractual commitments.

You are responsible for:

Contract lifecycle management:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts (service providers, suppliers, partners) in conjunction with the relevant teams.
• Monitor contract execution: deadlines, renewals, amendments, terminations
• Maintain and ensure the reliability of the contractual rental reference

My risk management and compliance:

• Identify, analyze and report on the legal, financial and operational risks associated with contracts
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to the banking sector and internal compliance requirements
• Contribute to the improvement of contract models and procedures

Interface with the teams:

• Advising third-party management, purchasing, and compliance on contractual matters.
• Monitoring compliance with third-party commitments (SLAs, obligations, penalties)
• Produce reports and monitoring dashboards for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in business law, law, purchasing or contract management
• 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar position
• Ideally, experience in legal and compliance environments, as well as in contract management and monitoring.
• Prior experience in banking, finance, or a regulatory sector is an asset
