In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Analysis of discrepancies between the timekeeping tool and SAP:

Cost differential analysis:

Identify the discrepancies between the costs recorded in the time tracking tool and those in SAP.

Analyze the causes of these discrepancies and take corrective actions to reconcile the two systems.

Analysis of production variances:

Analyze the discrepancies related to production days between the timekeeping tool and SAP.

Identify discrepancies in the number of workdays deferred and adjust the data to ensure consistency of information between the two systems.

1. Handling anomalies in the scoring tool
2. Managing requests to modify activity reports:

Process change requests related to consultant timesheets in the Smart tool,

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Profile: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, or Management Control

Exp rience : 1 2 ans d'exp rience
