Reporting operationally to the Series Life Cost Manager (RCS) and functionally to the Project Economics team, the Cost Controller provides economic assistance for the Series Life scope to which he is assigned.

Main tasks:

• Identify and track all industrial investment expenditures (MAKE/BUY).
• Ensure the construction and updating of economic forecasts, budgets and reporting (PMT, monthly results, budget summaries).
• To manage MAKE (in-house) and BUY (vendor tooling) investments in conjunction with industrial third parties and Purchasing.
• Prepare and lead the CFVS funding committees (weekly) with the prescribers.
• Analyze, validate and process investment requests in internal tools (SAP S/4HANA and associated workflows).
• Keep economic dashboards up to date and raise the alarm in case of budget overruns.
• Participate in the deployment and improvement of the processes and tools of the Cost Management department (lessons learned, standardization). Company description

Skills and qualifications:

• English level B2 minimum (CEFR) required.
• Solid mastery in industrial management control.
• Knowledge of MAKE/BUY investments and associated financial processes.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel.
• Ability to facilitate, communicate and lead meetings.
• Rigour, autonomy and proactivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile:

• Master's degree in Management Control or Finance, with experience in an industrial environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
