In a constantly changing environment, PwC is strengthening its ability to drive the HR function with data. Within this context, within the HC Operations team, we are recruiting a Senior HRIS Project Manager to structure, ensure the reliability and leverage HR data, in order to support management decision-making.
Main missions
Ensuring the reliability, consistency and governance of HR data in HR information systems, primarily Workday.
Design, produce and maintain relevant HR KPIs for management.
To ensure the supply, reliability and evolution of the firm's HR dashboard.
Monitor the quality of HR data in order to ensure the reliability of HR KPIs.
Contribute to the harmonization of firm HR processes and HR solutions in conjunction with the Transformation and HRIS teams in France.
Manage the centralization and optimization of HR data in Workday in order to move towards automated payroll processing via Workday
Providing expert advice to employees, HR teams, and management on issues related to HR data.
Desired Candidate Profile
Search profile
Master's degree (Bac +5) with 5 years of experience in HR Data / HRIS.
Good mastery of Workday or an equivalent HRIS.
Strong interest in the digitalization and automation of HR processes.
Expertise avanc e en Excel, KPI RH et qualit de la donn e.
Analytical rigor, strong sense of confidentiality.
