Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor

Job Summary

We are an international customer experience company growing our Dutch-speaking team. We are looking for motivated customer service advisors.

Your tasks

• Help customers by phone email and chat
• Resolve questions complaints and service requests and handle the administrative follow-up
• Schedule appointments and follow up on interventions
• Record customer contacts accurately
• Work with your team leader and colleagues to keep service quality high

Your profile

• Dutch at B2 level or higher spoken and written (C1 or native is a plus)
• Good English; French is a plus
• Customer-focused empathetic and solution-oriented
• Accurate able to multitask and comfortable with computers
• Flexible availability
• Customer service experience is a plus not a requirement
