Missions We are recruiting an Internal Control Officer to ensure the design and implementation of second-level controls, contribute to the management of operational risks and ensure the continuous improvement of control systems.

Your main tasks

• Analyze the operational processes within its scope in order to identify associated risks and define appropriate second-level controls.

• Ensure the relevance and completeness of the internal control system.

• Adapt control mechanisms according to changes in risks, processes, organization and regulations.

2. Implementation of second-level controls

• Implement controls according to the methodologies and procedures in force, in particular through appropriate sampling techniques.

• Analyze the anomalies observed, identify their causes and formulate corrective recommendations.

• Ensure follow-up of action plans until the recommendations are finalized.

• Contribute to strengthening first-level control mechanisms.

• Carry out the controls covering the risks of non-compliance within its scope.

3. Reporting and communication of results

• Formalize and document the control work carried out.

• Present the results of the controls to the entities concerned and discuss the findings and recommendations.

• Prepare and distribute reports related to internal control activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Bac+5 degree in Controlling, Auditing, Finance or any other equivalent field.

• Professional experience in a similar role is desirable, ideally in the insurance sector.

• Good mastery of internal control techniques and methodologies.

• Ability to analyze risks, detect anomalies and formulate recommendations.

• Good knowledge of insurance professions and their regulatory environment.
