Desired profile:

-Bac +2 or Bac +3 in Management, Human Resources, Logistics or equivalent.

-Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.

-Ensure daily monitoring of staff timekeeping and the reliability of attendance data.

-Ensure the collection, control and reporting of information relating to absences, lateness and overtime.

-To act as the interface between employees, production and HR administration.

-Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel.

- Rigor, organization and a sense of confidentiality.

-Good communication skills and team spirit.

-Responsiveness and a sense of service.

-Experience in a multinational environment is an asset.
