The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and evolving the architecture of ServiceNow solutions. They support technical and functional teams in implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions, ensuring their alignment with business needs and the company's IT strategy.

He is involved in digital transformation projects, implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, while ensuring compliance with best practices and architectural standards.

Main responsibilities

  • Define and manage the overall architecture of ServiceNow solutions according to business and technical needs.

  • Designing scalable, high-performance, secure solutions tailored to clients' challenges.

  • Define the technical standards, best practices and architectural principles of the platform.

  • Supporting development teams in the design and implementation of solutions.

  • Ensure the consistency of developments and the quality of deployed solutions.

  • Participate in the scoping, needs analysis, technical design and cost estimation phases.

  • Identify technical risks and propose optimization solutions.

  • To monitor technological developments in the ServiceNow platform.

Technical skills required

  • Solid expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its technical architecture.

  • Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps or SPM modules depending on the projects.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development technologies.

  • Experience with integrations via REST API, SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server.

  • Good knowledge of data management mechanisms, CMDB and CSDM.

  • Mastery of security concepts, access management and platform governance.

  • Knowledge of development, deployment and management practices for ServiceNow environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems or equivalent.

  • Significant experience on the ServiceNow platform, ideally between 7 and 10 years or more.

  • Proven experience in solution architecture and technical management of ServiceNow projects.

  • ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CIS, CAD and CTA (Certified Technical Architect).

  • Ability to interact with business, technical and decision-making stakeholders.

  • Technical leadership, autonomy and excellent analytical and communication skills.
