Job :

The Data Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of strategic and business analyses with high added value, in collaboration with the data, marketing, CRM, and purchasing teams, in order to inform key decisions of top management and operational teams. He/She will play an essential role in defining, monitoring, and optimizing performance indicators, as well as in analyzing customer behavior and identifying data-driven marketing opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

Analyze the performance of categories and products down to the SKU level;
Measure the impact of commercial decisions (promotions, prices, assortment, merchandising, etc.) ;
Perform market benchmarks and internal comparative analyses;
Identify levers for improving KPIs and performance drivers;
Build models and conduct prospective analyses to anticipate trends;
Produce recommendations and support management in decision-making.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

Solid experience in data analysis and performance management (minimum 5 years);
Strong understanding of business issues and ideally of the retail/FMCG sector;
Mastery of reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel, etc.) ;
Ability to transform data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
