DATA ANALYST & AI AUTOMATION SPECIALIST | Marrakech (Morocco)

Job :

Your mission will be to add value to the company's data, develop decision-support tools, automate business processes, and integrate new Artificial Intelligence technologies into the company's activities.

You will work with various departments: Finance, HR, Production, Agriculture, Logistics, Quality, Sales, and Export.

Main responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Collect, consolidate, and structure data from different sources.
• Check the quality, consistency, and reliability of the data.
• Perform statistical analyses and performance analyses.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and key indicators to improve decision-making.
• Design and develop dynamic and interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Automate the generation and updating of reports and KPIs.
• Implement performance indicators adapted to different business units.

2. Process Automation

• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
• Design and develop business process automation solutions.
• Automate data collection, processing, transformation, and distribution.
• Develop scripts and tools to reduce manual processing and the risk of errors.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify new automation opportunities.

3. Artificial Intelligence

• Identify AI use cases that offer added value to the company.
• Integrate generative AI tools into business processes.
• Use and integrate solutions such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools.
• Develop AI assistants or solutions tailored to the needs of different departments.
• Experiment with and implement solutions based on AI APIs and models.
• Participate in establishing a Data & AI culture within the company.

4. Development & Integration

• Develop scripts and applications for data processing and exploitation.
• Connect different data sources and applications.
• Participate in the integration of Data, BI, and AI tools into the company's information system.
• Document developed solutions and ensure their maintenance and evolution.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent training.
• First successful experience in a similar role desired.
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in new technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to understand business issues and translate them into Data/BI/AI solutions.
• Autonomy, curiosity, initiative, and ability to learn quickly.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders from different departments.
