Job :

Main tasks:

• Configure and deploy SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance & Goals).
• Provide support and training to users.
• Adapt HR processes to the SAP system.
• Participate in evolution projects and testing.

Required profile :

• Experience with SuccessFactors and HR processes.
• Ability to support users and train teams.
• Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of SAP HR project management.
• Good interpersonal and teaching skills.
