Senior Organization / AMOA Consultant - Banking (M/F) | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

As an Organization / AMOA Banking Consultant (M/F). Based in Casablanca, your mission will be to support our clients in the banking sector in their transformation projects.

As an Organization / AMOA Banking Consultant, your main missions will be:

• Analysis of business needs and writing of specifications.
• Definition of target processes and functional architectures.
• Support for business teams in the deployment of solutions.
• Application testing and change management.
• Strategic advice to business and IT management.

You will be the preferred link between business teams and technical teams, thus ensuring the alignment of solutions with business objectives.

Required profile :

The candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Perfect command of French and English
• Availability for international travel
• Degree from a Moroccan or foreign business or engineering school
• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in internal banking consulting or management consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Autonomy and proactivity
• Adaptability and team spirit
• Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus
