Job :

• Administrative management and follow-up of staff
• Payroll management and social declarations
• Operational implementation of the group's HR strategy
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations regarding labor law
• Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
• Act as a local point of contact for employees

Required profile :

• Holder of a Master's degree in Human Resources
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Perfect command of the Office Suite
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Knowledge of HRIS tools is desired
