Job :

The PMO Consultant supports project teams in the operational management and monitoring of activities. They are responsible for managing schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables, and producing reports to ensure that cost, quality, and deadline objectives are met.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure tracking of project schedules, deadlines, and key milestones.
• Monitor deadlines and the progress of deliverables.
• Consolidate project data and track performance indicators.
• Produce regular reports on project progress (status, risks, actions, budgets).
• Identify deviations, alert stakeholders, and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate communication between different project stakeholders.
• Participate in monitoring meetings and the preparation of steering materials.
• Ensure the reliability and updating of monitoring data.

Required profile :

Profile sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent field.
• First experience of 1 to 2 years in PMO, project management, or activity management.
• Good understanding of industrial environments.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
• Good command of office and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
