PMO Junior | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

Join a dynamic company in the engineering sector, based in Casablanca. We are looking for a Junior PMO to support our teams in project management and steering.

Actively contribute to the success of projects by providing rigorous and proactive support to project managers and different stakeholders. Develop recognized expertise in project management within a growing organization.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the definition and monitoring of project schedules.
• Contributing to the development of budgets and monitoring of expenses.
• Ensuring the collection, consolidation, and distribution of information related to project progress.
• Participating in the preparation of steering committees and writing meeting minutes.
• Assisting in the identification and management of project risks and issues.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Supporting project document management.

Required profile :

Ideally, your background has led you to a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, with a successful specialization in Project Management.

Newly graduated? A first experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role or in project management would be a significant asset to fully understand the challenges of the position.

To excel in this role, strong skills are required:

• Excellent command of office tools (Office Suite, especially advanced Excel).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, V-Cycle...).
• Proven analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigor, organization, and a keen sense of priorities.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Autonomy and proactivity in managing assigned tasks.
• Good command of French is essential, as is proficiency in English.
