As part of the development of our business unit Supeco, we are recruiting HR Supervisors in Marrakech.

Main mission:

Deploy and execute operational HR activities in the stores within your scope (personnel administration, recruitment, discipline, and headcount monitoring), in accordance with the procedures and guidelines defined by the Regional HR Manager.

Missions & Responsibilities:

• Manage store personnel administration.
• Ensure the recruitment of store profiles.
• Monitor absences, leaves, timekeeping, and probation periods.
• Participate in the management of disciplinary procedures.
• Support store managers on HR topics.
• Produce HR reports for your scope.
• Report alerts and sensitive situations.
• Participate in the development of internal HR policies.

Required profile : Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources.
• Rigor, organizational skills, confidentiality, and field orientation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
