Job :
Reporting to the Head of Economic and Operational Steering, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Management of 3 management controllers
- Financial and economic steering of AXA France operations based in Morocco
- Steering of monthly closings in conjunction with accounting teams
- Steering of Plan/Budget/Forecast processes in conjunction with operational directors and the central financial department in France
- Monitoring and economic valuation of operational indicators
- Steering and optimization of AXA Services Maroc's shared costs in conjunction with functional departments (IT, Facility Management, Transport, etc.) and enrichment of existing KPIs,
- Maintain the BCA for AXA Services Maroc's transformation projects
- Guarantee the consolidation of the overall AXA Services Maroc vision in conjunction with other Finance Business Partners and the accounting department
Required profile :
Holding a Master's degree in Management Control or Finance, you have a 5 years of experience as a senior management controller .
You have:
- Excellent command of the Office suite
- Experience in managing a team of management controllers
- Very good accounting background
- Project management
