CSP Finance Manager (M/F) | CASABLANCA (Morocco)

As part of strengthening its teams, our client is looking for a Finance CSP Manager (M/F).

Main tasks

Reporting to the Financial Department, you will have the following main responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate general, auxiliary, and analytical accounting operations;
• Manage monthly accounting closings and ensure deadlines are met;
• Supervise cut-off operations, provisions, accrued expenses, and accrued income;
• Ensure monitoring of accounts receivable and fixed asset accounting;
• Supervise intercompany reconciliations, account analysis, and reconciliation;
• Prepare and control tax declarations, especially VAT and withholding taxes;
• Ensure the compliance of accounting and tax operations with current regulations;
• Supervise the processing of invoices with errors or discrepancies;
• Manage relationships with clients, banks, auditors, and statutory auditors;
• Lead, support, and develop the accounting team;
• Optimize accounting and closing processes, particularly on SAP;
• Participate in projects for SAP process evolution, deployment, and harmonization;
• Identify and implement actions for improvement and automation of processes;
• Develop and track performance dashboards and indicators for the activity.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent;
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong command of general, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting;
• Good command of accounting closing processes and taxation;
• Proven experience in team management;
• Good command of SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Experience in a CSP / Shared Services Center is a real asset;
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
• Rigor, autonomy, leadership, and ability to work under pressure;
• Service-oriented and comfortable in managing client and supplier relationships.
