Social Management Controller | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

As a Social Management Controller, you will drive the organization's social performance through the analysis of HR data, monitoring of social indicators, and support for decision-making in human resources management.

Activities:

• Collect, validate, and analyze social data (headcount, payroll, absenteeism, turnover, working time, etc.)
• Develop and monitor payroll and headcount budgets
• Implement and update social dashboards and HR indicators
• Conduct variance analyses and prospective studies (forecasts, simulations)
• Produce social reports for management and relevant bodies
• Contribute to improving HR tools, procedures, and information systems
• Support HR teams and managers in human resources management
  

Required profile :

MANDATORY academic training:

• STATE-RECOGNIZED BAC+5 (Master's degree equivalent) from a top business school in social management control, human resources, finance, economics, or equivalent
  

Professional experience:

• Experience between 3 to 5 years in social management control, HR, management control, or social data analysis

Required skills:

• Mastery of social indicators and payroll
• Solid knowledge of human resources management and labor law (basic)
• Very good command of Excel and reporting tools
• Analytical, synthesis, and data validation skills
• Rigor, discretion, and sense of confidentiality. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with HR teams and managers
