As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting a Franchise Support Supervisor based in Skhirat.

Main missions:

• Support franchised stores in applying franchise procedures and standards.
• Manage the referencing and de-referencing of items.
• Handle the activation and deactivation of product categories on dedicated systems.
• Analyze reports related to item referencing, selling prices, and franchise categories.
• Participate in analyzing the performance of referenced items and categories.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Management, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Some experience in a retail environment, operational support, or network management is desired.
• Good command of computer tools and ease with data analysis.
• Rigor, organization, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
• Sense of confidentiality and ability to work in a team.
