The Specialist Operational Excellence is responsible for defining and planning the improvement strategy plan (Hoshin Process). This role involves planning with Production Management/Country /Plant organization on how to deploy continuous improvement and lean tools, and identifying potential improvements. The Specialist will monitor continuous improvement activities based on the deployment of lean principles, PDCA management, and KPI tracking (OPEX dashboard, Value Plus). They will also plan the assessment of the skill matrix with Country/Plant organization, ensure Operational Excellence training and coaching of the Country/Plant organization, and plan the deployment of CI workshops across the organization (e.g., defining, planning, and conducting Lean Manufacturing workshops in selected plants). Additionally, the Specialist will plan and conduct audits to assess the performance of the sites.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (BAC +5) in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent field.
