The Future Legacy Maker Program is Kerzner International's flagship graduate development program designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential hospitality graduates through a structured 12-month journey of hospitality management training combining operational exposure, leadership development, mentoring and business projects.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in hospitality management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
Recent graduate, from a leading hospitality school.
Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
Strong passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn.
