The Future Legacy Maker Program is Kerzner International's flagship graduate development program designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential hospitality graduates through a structured 12-month journey of hospitality management training combining operational exposure, leadership development, mentoring and business projects.


During the program, you will gain exposure to various areas of Food & Beverage operations, including:



  • Restaurants

  • Bars & Lounges

  • Banqueting & Events

  • In-Room Dining

  • Stewarding Operations

  • Guest Experience

    • Qualifications :



  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.

  • Recent graduate, from a leading hospitality school.

  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.

  • Strong passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn.
