Job :

We are looking for a Technical Manager IVI Infotainment & Connectivity to lead technical teams working on strategic projects related to embedded systems, infotainment, and vehicle connectivity.

You will be the technical and managerial point of contact for a multidisciplinary team and will ensure communication with clients, suppliers, and various project stakeholders. This position requires solid technical expertise in IVI/Connectivity systems as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the activities of a technical team dedicated to Infotainment & Connectivity projects.
• Provide technical and methodological leadership for the team.
• Define priorities, oversee workload, and ensure deadlines and quality of deliverables are met.
• Support engineers and technical leads in resolving critical issues and technical escalations.
• Track performance indicators (KPIs), project risks, and associated action plans.
• Participate in client governance committees and report on the progress of activities.
• Manage interactions with suppliers and coordinate related technical actions.
• Contribute to the integration, coaching, and skills development of employees.
• Deploy best development practices and implement continuous improvement actions.

Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac +5) in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Embedded Software is required.

Professional experience of 7 years or more is expected, ideally in technical leadership roles.

To excel in this role, you possess significant expertise in:

• Project Management, enabling you to successfully complete complex initiatives.
• Research and Development (R&D), with the ability to innovate and define technological directions.
• IT and Electronics, allowing you to deeply understand the technical challenges of IVI and connectivity.
• Proven skills in team management and communication are also essential.
