The position is offered on a temporary basis for a duration of 6 months. An evolution towards a permanent contract is possible depending on performance, involvement, and company needs.
- Main missions:
1. Strategy & Talents
Contribute to the company's performance by aligning HR actions with business objectives.
Participate in workforce planning, succession management, and recruitment needs.Support talent management and development paths.
2. Operational Excellence
Ensure legal compliance and the application of HR policies.Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (CoE) and support teams to ensure the quality of HR processes.Monitor HR indicators and contribute to continuous improvement.
3. Change Management
Support transformation projects and anticipate social impacts.Develop skills development plans and manage training actions.Participate in the management and optimization of the HRIS.
4. HR Development & Support
Deploy the Group's HR development policy.Promote diversity, inclusion, and well-being at work.Ensure the follow-up of employee journeys (onboarding, mobility, development).
Required profile :
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or Management.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency in social legislation and regulatory obligations.
- Ability to manage conflicts and adopt a strategic partner stance.
- Comfort with HRIS and digital HR tools.
