About the position
As part of strengthening our industrial activities, we are looking for a Senior Industrial Diagnostic & Rework Technician to work on complex manufacturing and assembly operations. You will be responsible for ensuring product compliance and quality by identifying, analyzing, and correcting technical anomalies encountered in production. You will actively contribute to improving industrial performance and resolving technical issues in a demanding environment.
Job Missions
- Perform rework operations on complex products and assemblies in an industrial environment.
- Correct mechanical defects related to assembly errors, alignment issues, and detected non-conformities.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic anomalies on the equipment and systems concerned.
- Make the necessary dimensional adjustments to ensure product compliance with technical specifications.
- Use diagnostic and measurement tools to identify malfunctions and their root causes.
- Read and interpret technical documentation, plans, and associated diagrams.
- Perform necessary functional and technical checks after intervention.
- Participate in failure analyses and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to the prevention of manufacturing defects and continuous improvement of processes.
- Comply with quality procedures, industrial standards, and work instructions in force.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure the compliance of delivered products.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+5 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial diagnostics, manufacturing rework, maintenance, or complex assembly.
- Strong skills in mechanics, electricity, and electronics.
- Proficiency in diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques.
- Good analytical skills and ability to identify root causes.
- Proficiency in reading technical plans and diagrams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality requirements in an industrial environment.
