We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of MEP Coordination & Estimation Engineer in Kuwait / Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction and MEP Contracting sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review coordinated MEP shop drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
  
• Perform multidisciplinary BIM coordination for HVAC Firefighting Plumbing ELV and BMS systems.
  
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage.
  
• Prepare quantity take-offs BOQs cost estimates and variation pricing.
  
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
  
• Update project schedules and monitor engineering progress using Primavera P6.
  
• Prepare RFIs Material Submittals Technical Submittals and Inspection Requests.
  
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and GCC authority requirements.
  

Required Skills

1. Autodesk Revit MEP Advanced MEP modeling and coordination.
   
2. AutoCAD Detailed shop drawing preparation.
   
3. Navisworks Manage Clash detection and coordination management.
   
4. Primavera P6 Project planning scheduling and progress tracking.
   
5. Quantity Surveying & Estimation BOQ preparation and pricing analysis.
   

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kuwait and Saudi authority regulations.
  
• BIM coordination workflow expertise.
  
• Vendor and subcontractor evaluation experience.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess 36 years of contractor-side experience in Technical Office or MEP Contracting environments. Experience in GCC projects particularly Kuwait and Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. Exposure to BIM coordination estimation planning and documentation management is essential.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  
• Preferred: Relevant BIM Primavera P6 or Project Controls certifications.
  
• Additional Certifications: Revit MEP Navisworks PMP (preferred)

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
