We are hiring a Commercial Director to run the revenue operations for a major luxury retail mixed-use complex.
The core responsibilities include:Closing remaining occupancy against the merchandising plan. Managing signed tenant relationships, trading performance, and income quality. Overseeing secondary commercial streams, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, events, and media assets.
Key Requirements Experience: 12 to 15+ years in commercial leadership of mixed-use destinations, luxury retail, or lifestyle assets. Regional Time: At least 5 years of experience in KSA or the wider GCC. Track Record: Proven history of taking a live asset to full occupancy and managing ongoing tenant operations and leasing performance. Market Access: Strong network across regional and international F&B and retail brands, plus tier-one property agencies. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with KSA commercial leasing, municipal licensing, and Ejar. Language: Fluent English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
