Job Description/Roles and Responsibilities :

Market and Business Development:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for fit-out projects in the corporate and hospitality sectors, particularly in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.

• Develop and execute a business growth strategy tailored to the Specified area, leveraging active connections and partnerships.

• Proactively network with key decision-makers, influencers, and KOLs to generate leads and build lasting client relationships.

• Analyze market trends, competition, and potential regional customers to identify expansion opportunities.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand business contacts.

Sales and Client Relationship Management:

• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring the fit-out solutions meet client needs in terms of quality, budget, and timelines.

• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to upsell and expand service offerings.

• Prepare and present customized proposals, including fit-out solutions and services tailored to the needs of clients in the corporate and hospitality sectors.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.

Utilize your engineering background to provide technical expertise, ensure project feasibility, and articulate our fit-out services' value proposition.

• Stay updated on specified Territory projects, and offer insights into how our services can align with the requirements of these developments.

• Coordinate with the project management team & Commercial team to ensure smooth handover and execution of fit-out projects from the sales phase to delivery

Education & Skills

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or interior design is preferred

Field of Experience
Proven experience in the corporate and hospitality sectors is essential.

Minimum years of Experience
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in business development, specifically within the fit-out industry.
